Infinite makes it to the Dataquest Top 20 Best Employer List

Infinite Computer Solutions has made it to the prestigious list of TOP 20 companies, in the DATAQUEST-IDC 'Best Employer Survey 2004'. (IDC is a global market intelligence and advisory firm in
the information technology and telecommunications industry and DATAQUEST is an Indian IT media publication.) Infinite has been listed at the 15th position and shares top honors with other known IT leaders in the
country. Infinite is ranked third in terms of retention
rate. This is a credible feat for Infinite, considering Infinite is less than a decade old.
The DQ Top 20 Best Employer Survey is based on a nationwide poll across more than 1000
InfoTech companies in India, and is an invaluable reference source for everyone in the IT industry. The survey was conducted amongst 200 IT employers and IDC met 1000 employees from 26 companies across 6 cities in the country to arrive at the results. The survey took into account the HR environment, employee morale and best HR practices. It assessed the employers on various parameters like: employee satisfaction, organization culture, job satisfaction, performance appraisal system, training, and compensation.
