Bangalore, May 29 (IBNS): iVerve the employees club from IT Services provider Infinite Computer Solutions, is all set to host the 'Infinite Golf Challenge' to be held at the Eagleton Golf resorts in here, with the objective of raising funds for Sparsha, an NGO that works towards keeping children off the streets.
The 'Infinite Golf Challenge' to be held on Jun 14, is an annual fundraising event, designed to be a fun day of golf for a cause, conceptualized by employees of Infinite.
According to the officials, many leading corporates have come forward to support the event, which include Microsoft and iYogi who are the platinum sponsors; Futurisk, Monster and Sonata who are the associate sponsors and 22 by 7, Callaway Golf, ColorPlus, Kingfisher and The Serai who are the supporting sponsors for the event.
Moreover, this unique employee driven initiative enlisted the support of various prominent corporates who have willingly come forward to actively contribute to the social cause, the officials informed.
'iVerve' is actively involved in driving the 'Infinite Golf Challenge' by engaging employees to contribute both their time and expertise.
The tournament format is designed to be exciting for each player and will include attractive prizes and fun –on- course activities. The 'Infinite Golf Challenge' will be played both as a team of two and individual level and will be across two handicap categories, including Net and Gross point systems to ascertain winners of the tournament.
The tournament would witness 100+ passionate golfers who will come together to prove their golfing prowess and compete with one other to win the many attractive prizes which are on the offing.
The prizes include 8 players winning a golf holiday to Kashmir, 8 players winning a weekend holiday at The Serai and 8 players winning an exclusive dinner for 2 in Bangalore.
The registration is through contribution to Sparsha at INR 5,000 per participant.
