Pursuant to this SoA, Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited, by way of reduction of capital, has reduced the shares held by Infinite Technologies LLC in Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited. The shares of Infinite Computer Solutions Inc. held by Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited were distributed to Infinite Technology LLC. Additionally, as part of the SoA, the following entities have been merged with Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited:
- India Comnet International Private Limited
- Infinite Techmind Limited
- Infinite Tech Ventures Limited.
This organizational restructuring aligns with Infinite’s strategic objectives and will have no impact on its operational efficiency in India and the U.S.
